If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your order, please email kstar@kstarhit.com and we’ll provide you with
further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you
will be refunded. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
* NOTE : Shipping fees are not refunded and
all merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Contact us through an e-mail with order
number.
Products must be returned in the original
box and/or packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please let us
know. We will give you the further instructions.
The return address will be provided in your
return confirmation email. No label is provided. Please write the address
clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice.
Customers are responsible for all return
shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for
the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.
Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is
returned.

at this time, however we do accept returns!
